FOOTBALL: Riverside County wins the IE All-Star Classic 35-7

The Riverside County All-Stars scored on the first very play of the game en route to a 35-7 victory against San Bernardino County in the 34th Inland Empire All-Star Classic.

Riverside County scored 28 unanswered points in the second half to secure the win, with Heritage defensive lineman Kervin Jones taking home the MVP award after returning a fumble for a touchdown.

FOOTBALL: Kaiser RB Christian Hunter on IEMG-TV

Kaiser running back Christian Hunter is approaching a couple school records held by Lonyae Miller as the Cats head into the Sunkist League title game vs Grand Terrace.

Hunter is also among the state leaders in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns this season.

FOOTBALL: 33rd Inland Empire All-Star Classic Set for January 13

The longest running high school football all-star game in California returns on January 13 at Centennial High School in Corona.

The 33rd Inland Empire All-Star Classic pits San Bernardino County (UCLA colors) against the all-stars from Riverside County (USC Colors).

Centennial head coach Matt Logan will guide the Riverside All-Star team, while Nick Matheny from Summit will skipper the all-stars from San Bernardino.

The Inland Empire All-Star Classic has passed out more than $175,000 in scholarship money. This year, four more scholarships will be awarded. Click on the following link for an application and instructions to apply:
