FOOTBALL: SBVC prepping for 2019 season

The San Bernardino Valley College football team is coming off an American Mountain Division title and a trip to the American Conference championship game.

The Wolverines finished 9-2 last season in Daniel Algattas’ second season as head coach.

SBVC will look to former Roosevelt HS quarterback Jeremy Moussa to guide the offense.

FOOTBALL: SBVC rolls to 63-35 win vs MSJC on IEMG-TV

Quarterback Armando Herrera broke the San Bernardino Valley College record for career touchdown passes, touchdown passes in a single season, career passing yards, and career completions in a 63-35 win vs Mt. San Jacinto.

The Wolverines (6-1, 2-0) are in the driver’s seat for the American Mountain League title.

FOOTBALL: SBVC Quarterback Armando Herrera on IEMG-TV

San Bernardino Valley College quarterback Armando Herrera (REV) is having a record-breaking season for the Wolverines.

Herrera spoke with IEMG-TV following Valley’s 72-0 drubbing of LA Southwest. Herrera set a new school record with 7 touchdown passes and 31 first downs in the game. He currently ranks 4th all-time in passing yards at SBVC.

FOOTBALL: SBVC prepares for Mt. Sac Scrimmage

Due to the wildfires burning in the Inland Empire, the San Bernardino Valley College football team practiced indoors as the Wolverines prepare for their scrimmage against Mt. Sac. Plus, we’ll hear from Valley quarterback Cade Sparks on his return to the IE following a season at Division I Indiana State.

FOOTBALL: MSJC rallies past SBVC 36-30

The San Bernardino Valley College football team saw its postseason bowl games hopes dashed with a 36-30 loss to Mount San Jacinto College.

The Wolverines surrendered a touchdown with :29 left in the game, as they fell to 5-5 overall in Daniel Algattas’ first season as the SBVC head coach.

FOOTBALL: San Diego Mesa outlasts SBVC 41-38

The San Bernardino Valley College football team came up short in their American Mountain League opener, falling to San Diego Mesa 41-38.

After a wild, turnover-plagued first half SBVC trailed 31-24.

The Olympians defense allowed just 47 points in their first five games before allowing 38 to the Wolverines.

SBVC is back in action on October 21 when they travel to College of the Desert.
